Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba, WK N3 Namba CH401, and Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka compared on address, classification, and guest score with review count.
Source: Agoda hotel profile data as of Jul 30, 2026. Guest scores and review counts are third-party listing figures, not Stay Notes ratings.
Three Namba-area properties in our Osaka inventory carry a street address, a star classification, and a guest score with a review count attached. That combination is rare enough in our Osaka data to be worth a page of its own.
This is a shortlist of three, not a citywide ranking, and no scoring has been applied on top of the listing figures.

View on Booking.comWe kept only Namba-area entries where all four of the following exist in our source: a real property name, a street address, a star classification, and a guest score with its review count. Three properties cleared that bar. Everything else in our Namba inventory failed on a missing address or a missing score.
We then report those fields and stop. An earlier version of this page stated walking times to Dotonbori, named nearby subway stations, and described hot tubs, saunas, air purifiers, and fitness centres. None of that came from the listing source, so it has been removed rather than rewritten.
| Property | Class | Address | Guest score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba | 4★ | 2-2-5 Higashi-shinsaibashi, Chuo-ku | 8.7 from 3106 reviews |
| WK N3 2 Bedroom Apt in Namba CH401 | 5★ | 1-25 Nipponbashi, Chuo-ku | 9.8 from 2 reviews |
| Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka | 4.5★ | 1-17-11 Nambanaka, Naniwa-ku | 8.8 from 1681 reviews |
The scores look close. The evidence behind them does not, and that is the whole story of this comparison.
Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba — 8.7 from 3106 reviews. This is the deepest review base in our entire Osaka inventory. At three thousand ratings the number is stable: it is not going to move on the next dozen reviews, and a property with systemic problems does not hold 8.7 across that many stays. If you want the best-supported figure on the page, this is it.
Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka — 8.8 from 1681 reviews. A tenth higher than Candeo, on roughly half the sample. Sixteen hundred reviews is still a deep base, so the difference between 8.7 and 8.8 here is within the range where either could be higher on a different day. Treat these two as effectively level on sentiment and decide on other grounds.
WK N3 2 Bedroom Apt in Namba CH401 — 9.8 from 2 reviews. Two reviews. This is a small-sample reading and the highest number on the page is also the least reliable one. A 9.8 built from two ratings tells you that two people were happy; it does not support a comparison against a figure built from three thousand. Do not read this row as "the best of the three."
That contrast is the most useful thing on this page. Among these three, the headline score ranks the apartment first and the evidence ranks it last.
Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba is classified 4★ at 2-2-5 Higashi-shinsaibashi in Chuo-ku. Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka is classified 4.5★ at 1-17-11 Nambanaka in Naniwa-ku, which is the only half-star classification in this set. The WK N3 apartment is classified 5★ at 1-25 Nipponbashi in Chuo-ku, and as with most independently listed apartments that category is worth treating as a filing label rather than a service standard.
Two of the three sit in Chuo-ku and one in Naniwa-ku. We do not publish walking times between these addresses and Dotonbori or the stations, because our source does not carry route data — check the addresses on a map yourself.
Travelers who want the most-tested option and a conventional hotel format may fit Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba. Its case rests on 3106 reviews holding at 8.7, which is the strongest evidence available anywhere in this comparison.
Travelers who want a residence format with a slightly higher score on a still-deep sample may fit Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka. The trade-off against Candeo is thinner evidence in exchange for a different property type, not a meaningful quality difference — the scores are too close on samples this size to separate them.
Travelers who need two bedrooms in Namba may fit the WK N3 apartment, because format, not score, is its actual argument. Anyone booking it should do so knowing the review base is two people and should confirm the practical details directly with the operator.
Travelers who want certainty before paying should choose one of the two deep-sample properties. That is the clearest caveat this page can offer.
If you want to compare these against the wider Namba inventory, note that most of it lacks addresses and review counts entirely — Hotels to Compare in Osaka sets out how thin that data is.
